I mean, WOW

Abbie is another Ben-E-Fit Blitz winner

And something she said to me at the shoot was…

“I only ever wanted to do the 6 weeks… what have you done to me?” 😂

My response?

“You never really only wanted to do the Blitz” 😉

I knew what was there

I could see the potential

And I felt just how much this would be incredible for Abbie

As a really amazing focus

And as a massive confidence booster, too

Abbie is a dedicated, working parent

Fitting everything in around that lifestyle was so important

But so was Abbie’s determination & commitment

I know this process isn’t easy

It takes hard work to achieve these results

But it is so rewarding when it happens

And it really shows, and proves, how much we are capable of when we set our minds to things

It was such a fun day to be a part of

The support & energy from Abbie, Claire & Anna on the day was fantastic

And everyone bounced & fed off each other

To make me one very proud coach
