Matt & I have known each other for a long time!


And I know how much running means to him after he made the commitment to move to the states on a scholarship to distance run!


As with many people, life happens!


Matt has built an amazing family!


An amazing career!


A really incredible life!


But that also comes with its challenges & compromises


And it meant that running took a back seat in favour of corporate & family life!

When Matt reached out & asked for some guidance, I couldn’t wait to help him find some structure, lose a few pounds & create a healthier lifestyle that would lead to improved energy & greater confidence in his appearance


What actually happened was he nailed EVERY SINGLE ELEMENT!

A true testament to the power of consistency & adherence!


Visually…ASTONISHING!


But, what I love even more than the visual is that Matt has rediscovered that passion & love for running


His energy levels are as high as they’ve been for years


Sleep quality & quantity improved


Such an amazing achievement while continuing to work in a very demanding senior management role!
