Naomi Has Graduated! 

And what an absolutely incredible result in just 11 short weeks...

“Before I started on my journey with you, I was a bit lost, looking for different ways to lose weight but never being able to keep the weight off or keep on track

Now… I have found myself not only mentally, but my physical appearance has changed dramatically which has brought new confidence into the person I am 3 months on!

The last 12 weeks haven’t been the easiest but being a part of the team & having an amazing coach to guide me has been one of the few things that have kept me going through one of the most difficult times in my life

I am so thankful for all the help & guidance along the way, and I cannot stress enough how much nicer it is to be able to make healthy decisions now after learning that sometimes it’s okay to have a small treat as a reward for all your hard work!

It’s always hard to say goodbye to someone like Naomi

Seeing her commitment to herself grow, even while she was going through the challenges of the last 12 weeks has been epic

Especially since she’ll keep those skills for life

To know that someone feels ready to move forwards by themselves is awesome

To know that they have learned, absorbed & implemented everything we’ve done together to the point they feel confident by themselves brings a tear to my eye

I’m sure you will all agree that she looks absolutely phenomenal

And, even more than the physical changes, the mentality Naomi has developed to handle several life changing events has blown me away

She is a genuinely exceptional person

And I know she will enjoy nothing but success in whatever she puts her mind to

I am extremely excited to see Naomi’s life unfold

And very grateful to have been given the opportunity to be part of the journey

And since Naomi’s seat at the table is now vacant, I’d be looking for another super star just like her
