5 Month Transformation

THE IMPORTANT BITS

Timeframe – 5 months

 

Starting weight – 142lbs

 

Current weight – 137lbs

Rachel came to me with an extremely busy lifestyle

 

Working as a doctor, it is common to be working 45+ hours per week, often many more, including all manner of shifts, trying to manage a social life, a household, friends & family commitments and much more!

 

“My goal was never to be ‘skinny’ or lose a lot of weight. I wanted to have a physique I was proud of and sustainable and eating habits that went with that”

 

One of the main focuses was on creating a balance that both helped Rachel achieve the physical results she wanted while also ensuring that she could create a sustainable lifestyle that allowed the flexibility to enjoy social events & traveling, too

 

The first few weeks were spent working together to understand available times to eat, types of food that would work while at work due to limiting restrictions in certain environments, while out & about and also when at home

 

This learning curve was so valuable so that we could get a real understanding to ensure progress could be made moving forwards

 

And all of the above combined with a training plan that allowed Rachel to get to the gym around those crazy work hours…3 times per week

“Also, the reason I started this was because after running marathons my joints were taking their toll. I ONLY ever used the cardio in the gym and you Ben got me hugely out of my comfort zone and into the middle of the weights section. Insane transformation”

 

Circumstances led to a prolonged period of time out of the country over Christmas, but all of the hard work that had been put in by Rachel prior to going away, and the continued desire to train while away, both for the physical, but also for the mental benefits it has brought enabled us to maintain a very healthy balance during that time

 

And, now that things have settled back in for a few weeks, we see the remarkable progress that has been made!

 

You might be surprised to see scale weight hasn’t changed drastically in the 5 month timeframe

 

But you can clearly see the incredible compositional changes that have taken place

 

The visuals are absolutely AMAZING

 

But those transformations that you can’t see are equally, if not more valuable, in my opinion

 

The creation of some excellent habits that will be present for months and years to come

 

The mental strength to commit so wholeheartedly with a very hectic lifestyle

 

The increased energy that has come with the lifestyle change that is improving all areas of life

 

Rachel, you have been, and continue to be, an absolute joy to work with & I am extremely proud of everything that has been achieved thus far, knowing that there is so much more to come, too
