What a transformation!

Charlotte joined the Team in January

Wanting to lose a little weight

Tone up

And feel much better about herself

Charlotte had been training hard

Running a lot

But struggling to see the results that her efforts warranted

A few months in

The seed was planted

“What about a photoshoot?”

YES!

A huge goal to focus on

A massive milestone

And what a result

The nerves well & truly kicking in as we got closer

But the confidence grew more & more on the day with each shot

I love the work ethic Charlotte brings

And I’ve loved every minute of the prep

Being there on the day was truly the icing on the cake 🎂

And cake is what was feasted on afterwards, too 🍩
