The side by side photos really do show how much I've changed! It's actually quite a shock. Seeing them side by side, especially my back (which has funnily enough been an area I am quite conscious about), has made me feel better and more motivated to crack on a keep going. 

 

The advice and support you have given and provided throughout the programme has been, honestly, so motivational and even when I had silly concerns you put me straight and made me feel better. The Facebook group you created definitely helped. Seeing how everyone had similar struggles and also similar enjoyment was such a helpful thing to see and to realise that you're not doing this on your own!

 

I have to say, I was really worried about the diet at first. I love food and thought I'd struggle but actually, I was eating more frequently and didn't really feel hungry. Apart from the 'brain' hunger on days where I may have been limiting 'carbs'.

 

Thank you so much for everything! I have really enjoyed it and will certainly carry all of the information with me. “
